Our Parish office is an important part of our faith community. The following are a few of the tasks handled through our office:

  • PRAYERS (Prayers of the Faithful): If you wish to be added to our prayer list or someone in your family needs prayers, please call the Parish office. Often times, people wish their intentions to remain confidential, so in an effort to respect your privacy, we will not include names of people who have not agreed to be included.
  • MASS CARDS: Mass Cards are available from the office during office hours. Dates for your Mass Intentions are often booked many months in advance so please keep this in mind if you wish to have a specific date.
  • BOOKINGS/SOCIAL EVENTS: To request the use of either the Parish Hall (St. James) or the Fr. Lewis Center (St. Thomas), please contact the Parish.
  • FOOD PANTRY: For many years, parishioners have been invited to bring non-perishable food and other useful items to be distributed to members of our Community in need.  Items may be placed in the vestibule of either Church.
  • NEW/EXISTING PARISHIONERS: You are invited to fill out a registration form which can be found in the vestibule of each Church. (Often when a Catholic is asked to be a Godparent for baptism or sponsor for Confirmation a letter from the pastor of their parish is requested. This can only be given to registered and active members of the parish.)  Please also feel free to contact the Parish office to update any changes in your address or family status.
  • VOLUNTEERS: If you have some time to spare, we can always find something for you to do (folding and inserting the bulletin, an hour of adoration, delivering a meal to a homebound Parishioner, copying, etc.).
