The Anointing of the Sick (Unction) is the second sacrament of healing.  Through it, those who are suffering a serious illness or in need of God's healing grace are anointed by a priest with oil blessed specifically for that purpose.  Those in hospitals and nursing homes are usually anointed there by the priests assigned as chaplains. For the ill at home, please contact the Parish office and we will come and celebrate this sacrament at the home.
